Lovely hotel. Staff great. Very disappointed that not made aware at time of booking that there was a wedding which meant no food available to order and parts of hotel not accessible. Room 130 was very noisy and not the best nights sleep.

Really warm welcome from staff and when the big bath in our suite had an issue with water temperature, they switched us to an alternative room immediately. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Given an upgrade for my birthday which was lovely and very generous. Plug points were very well hidden, maybe a little sign pointing them out would be useful. Great drinks and food offers but not well advertised in the room, we would have been enticed back had we known, there should be information in the room about these.

Stylish and comfortable hotel in great location.

Overall, a very good stay. The communal areas were stylish and comfortable, the breakfast was very good (although £23 per head) and the room was large and had a lovely seating area in a bay window. The shower was really great - strong and hot! The location was also fabulous. A few small negatives that could be improved easily: 1) No tea or kettle in the rooms, just a coffee machine. Meant I couldn't sit and enjoy a cup of tea in the room in the mornings. 2) The bathroom was very dark and there were no shelves or places to put anything. A little cupboard or shelf under or next to the sink would've been useful. 3) The mirror above the desk - when you sit in the chair, the mirror is too high to see yourself in, so it's no use at all!

Superb Hotel with excellent staff

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay here, the hotel was clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, comfortable with an ambient calm feel. Good location within a 10 min walk to town centre. Staff were particularly welcoming, pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Cheltenham.

Lovely staff 🎄♥️

Lovely staff - the entire time! They gave us an upgrade to such a lovely room and when our bath plug wasn't working, they kindly let me have a bath in a different room so I could get ready for an event. An extremely pleasant group of people! 10/10! Oh, and the gluten-free eggs benedict was spot-on ♥️

Had a couple of lovely days stay for our Anniversary. Staff were very attentive before and during our stay. We we fortunate to have our room upgraded. It was wonderful, clean, spacious, bath and shower and even a fridge. Very well placed at the best side of Cheltenham. Would definitely stay again.
