Hotel du Vin, Cheltenham

While the hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly, we were disappointed with the allocated room and its ensuite considering the cost. I appreciate a premium is necessary due to the location but, to be honest, the standard overall was little better than a Premier Inn or Travelodge.

If you like dirty rooms this is for you

What has happened to this place? I have stayed in this hotel several times, but this will be my last. The place is so dirty. Short staffed. I feel bad for the employees. The people who check you in also deliver your luggage, provide room service, and serve at the bar.

Lovely stay

Great welcome at reception and clear instructions to our well appointed and comfortable room. We had a light dinner in the bar and Decima, who served us, was so friendly and efficient. All in all a delightful stay.

Incredible place to stay, breakfast was brilliant, Ben on front desk could not have been more helpful. Hotel truly rescued what initially started as a bad weekend at a different hotel, can't recommend enough.

Great staey Great reception

Ben at Reception was outstanding and made us feel so welcome . he helped us to our room as the corridors etc were a little convoluted. Coffee and tea facilities were great .The Ferro rocher chocs were a special delight !

Good food and service. Great hotel chain we stay in them all over the UK. Paid for dinner bed breakfast but menu choice very limited and Suppliment cost for food we thought too expensive. Enjoyable stay. Would recommend

Lovely quiet hotel in a great location. All staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the man behind the bar who gave us some really good recommendations for places to go for food and drinks. Our room was fantastic, clean and very comfortable with a huge beautiful bathroom.

Nice stay with a top breakfast

Two night stay that was good, but i had ti change rooms due to been woken up at 7am by the dustbin men. The rooms are nice ( but cery dark ) the staff are lovely and they serve the best breakfast 😋
