This apartment is outstanding. It is stylish and modern. Very well-equipped and comfortable. It is just off the high street and behind John Lewis. Therefore, well place for Cheltenham tourists. The building itself if attractive and interesting. It has a gate to protect against any revellers.

Right in the middle of town but out of the noise bustle of the town. Lots of space in the apartment and very clean and quiet.

The property was super cold when we entered and had to wait to about 2-3 hours to get warm. It was terrible and they could at least turn on the heater since they already know that we will be coming and check in time. No heater in the toilet and wash area. WIFI connection is terrible and some of the utensils are not properly cleaned. Need to pay a extra amount if you need to do early check in, that is strange.

Fancy and clean apartment with easy check-in and check-out directions. Management was very response to questions and requests. They allowed me to leave my luggage at the apartment early, which was available for an early check-in. My roommates and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again if we return to Cheltenham.

Perfect for us after a long flight. We needed a base in the center of Cheltenham which was good value, enabled us to watch the England semi-final with spare rooms (in case I was too loud) and a washing machine. The Elliot Oliver apartment was perfect. The only thing I’d have wanted was a slightly later check out.

Very clean, safe and quiet apartment, ideally located in the middle of Cheltenham and only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre. An ideal base from which to explore the town. No on-site parking perhaps the only real downside as parking in the Brewery NCP not the cheapest but worth it for peace of mind regarding security if leaving the car for a couple of days.
