Some really good points to start. The location of the hotel is super handy for Gloucester/Cheltenham/Cotswolds etc the car park is large and free. We didn’t find any issues with parking. The room we stayed in for a week was their basic double and it was large with a comfortable bed. The room was serviced each day. We opted not to have their breakfast but did eat once at the hotel. The service was pretty slow and the bar service was also slow. We had a treatment in the spa it was very average. Nothing you’d feel like you needed to complain about but also no something I would buy again. The facilities are small and the locker room needs a refresh. Overall found this to be a good base to explore the area.

The hotel is excellent other than the restaurant. We stay here regularly on the way to Devon. We tried the restaurant on the way and it wasn't good. Tried again on the way back with 10%discount and had to send the meal back. Next time we stay in July we will dine at the premier inn/beafeater 10mins away Otherwise all was good
