Property could do with a makeover, however, great location, we managed to get parking at the hotel and the room had clean sheets on the bed, it was warm and had a good shower. Good for a cheap 1 night stay if you’re only planning to sleep and then head out.

Central location and it was clean. If you just want a room it’s ok. Car park very small,building condition very tired Bed not great shower stuck on very hot. You have to go out for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Perfect and reasonably priced

My stay was with 2 sisters, we were given 3 single beds as requested. The room was spotless and perfect for our needs. If you desired there is a TV too. The hotel is a listed building and obviously old but fascinating . Parking available at the rear. Central to the city .

It was ok a little difficult and narrow road to car park at back of the hotel. Clean room heating not working so a little cold.

They're trying; front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was good size, nicely stocked with mini-frig and microwave. No lift but not a problem for us. Carpet needs updating.
