“Air conditioning is not running properly. On a 28 degree Celcius night, it is very hot when the windows of the room could not be opened. Like a steam stuffy room. Would not recommend booking during summer time.”

“Excellent well kept property, the only issue is there is no parking with the property and local Chelmsford parking is restrictive only till 5am and the local carparks are exceptionally expensive.”

“A good hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Evening restaurant meals were okay with a pretty "standard" menu with an odd approach of staggering restaurant sittings for larger groups. The location is somewhat out of the way which makes getting there a little difficult without a car. Rooms do not have air conditioning and do not come with a fridge which I would have expected given the prices for rooms. I would stay again if visiting the area...
