“Really felt at home in this lovely flat. Was perfect for our needs. Beautiful outlook onto the river. Clean, peaceful and well equipped.”

“Absolutely perfect placement for doing anything in Wolverhampton and very close to the station. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen facilties are modern and more than sufficient for a weekend or longer stay. Good shower pressure and the TV in the room I stayed with in had all the streaming apps. Good sense of space, no noise from the street (upstairs room). Would stay again. Great comms from owner/host before and throughout.”

“The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean.”

“Nice apartment, as described, host was helpful, on price for the area but I think a bit expensive overall unsure why hotels in Wolverhampton are so expensive.”

“Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site. Shower is built into a very small closet. Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor. Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition. Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room.”

“Received an email around 3 hours before we were due to check in the booking had been cancelled. We were en-route. Called the number on the email (which was a third party - not Hotels.com). Advised the booking had been cancelled due to 'maintenance' and to contact Hotels.com directly make an alternative booking. Attempted to contact Hotels.com but could not get to speak to a human being to make an alternative booking. We were left high and dry!”
