Memorial Day Weekend

It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping.

5 Sterne reichen nicht aus!!!! Mädelsurlaub mit Entspannung und Wellness, wie er nicht besser hätte sein können! Ein unglaublich herzlicher Empfang, man hat sich sofort umsorgt und wohlgefühlt. Sonderwünsche wurden liebevoll umsetzt. Die fachliche und kompetente Betreuung durch die Gesundheits- und Rehabilitationsmitarbeiterinnen hat meiner Freundin und mir, nach Monaten von Rückenschmerzen und vielen Schmerzmitteln, eine ganze Woche schmerzfrei, trotz täglicher langer Wanderung, beschert… ohne Medikamente! Entspannung und Wellness gab es im schönen Pool/Whirlpool und den Saunen, topp gepflegt und sauber. Das 1 Bettzimmer war sehr geräumig, auch hier sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Zimmer wurden sogar täglich mit Liebe geputzt! Das Bett war super, ich hab geschlafen wie ein Baby. Morgens ein herrliches Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl von herzhaft bis süß, für jeden etwas dabei und sehr lecker. Abends im Restaurant die Speisen waren der Hammer. Wir haben selten so gut gegessen! Toll gewürzt und alles frisch zubereitet, das Fleisch, egal welches Gericht, weich und zart, das Gemüse knackig und angerichtet wie beim Sternekoch. Leider waren hinterher die Hosen immer plötzlich so eng …Ein riesengroßes Lob an die gesamte Belegschaft. Wir danken Euch ganz herzlich für einen so tollen Urlaub, den wir bei Euch erleben durften.

Decent 4 star hotel outside CHEB. (About 10 minutes/CZK 180 to the centre by taxi). Good pool and spa complex. Reasonable priced food and drinks. Minus points are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room and the early check out policy.

Úžasně jsem si odpočinula

Hotel Komorní Hůrka je na strategickém místě mezi Františkovými Lázněmi a Chebem, obě města jsou moc pěkná k navštívení. Byla jsem moc příjemně překvapená. V tomhle hotelu při stavbě i zařizování pokojů konečně někdo přemýšlel. V pokoji bylo úplně vše, co můžete potřebovat, ergonomicky úžasně vymyšlené. Měla jsem jednolůžkový pokoj, který patří k těm nejmenším a stejně jsem měla pocit, že je všude hodně místa, to samé v koupelně. Služby a personál byly opravdu profesionální. Bazén, sauny a veškeré zázemí čisté a udržované. Hotelem se vinula jemná vůně čistoty. Jídlo v restauraci bylo výborné, především bych vyzdvihla candáta s batátovým pyré. Personál od těch nejvyšších, přes obsluhu až po úklid byl naprosto profesionální a velice vstřícný. Takto so představuji výborně vedený rodinný hotel. Jenom chvála a určitě se sem vrátím.

Nice, clean, quiet. Internet worked fine and plenty of good, off street parking. Not much in the immediate area, but nice restaurant and patio for outside dining. The pool and spa very nice.

Leider hat das Servicepersonal und vor Allem die Restaurantbedienung öfter die Coranamaske abgelegt oder nur den Mund aber nicht die Nase bedeckt und dann auch noch in die Hand genießt und dann ohne Desinfektion weiter gearbeitet.

Hallo! Bitte unbedingt kommunizieren, daß die Nutzung des hoteleigenen Parkplatzes am Ende mit 2 Euro pro Aufenthaltstag berechnet wird. Den Hinweis auf diese fragwürdige Preisgestaltung findet man nämlich in keiner Hotelbeschreibung. Während meines fünftägigen Kurzurlaubs war zudem eine Sauna von insgesamt drei dauerhaft gesperrt und nicht nutzbar.

Alles toll. toller Wellnesbereich. Tolles Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Bei der Abrechnung wurde dann eine Euro Rechnung ausgestellt und dann noch dazu 2€ mehr als bei Hotel.com Parkplatz kostet dann nochmals 50 Kronen( ca 2 Euro)

Tolles familiäres Wellnesshotel

Wir waren ein Wochenende zum Wellness im Hotel,der Service ist toll,ebenso das Essen!Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön gemacht,man kann super entspannen.Jeder spricht deutsch.Schade ist nur,dass die Hotelbar schon um 22 Uhr schließt.
