Clean hotel inside and out great location

The room was clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. Would like to suggest a type of nightlight for the bathroom, for those who do need a visit during the night! Mouthwash would be something else to provide. Enjoyed the tasting menu dinner at 1 kitchen and the rooftop bar/lounge, great city views

This place was excellent with absolutely no issues. It's near everything and I will be making this. My hotel of choice when visiting nashville, the larry at the counter, her name was alexis. She was more than helpful in accommodating to me. And my family

The hotel was perfect. Location was downtown, but a way from all the hectic traffic, but still close enough. Hotel and room was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. 10/10

Nice spot

I’ve always wanted to stay at Virgin Hotel. It definitely didn’t meet my expectations. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly, rooms didn’t get cleaned daily with new sets of towels. I had to keep calling with no answer couldn’t get any assistance until we saw a housekeeper in the hall. The elevators were hot. It really was just an ok experience not worth the money they charge.

The hotel was great. The staff. Rooms are big and comfortable. Excellent bathroom and bathrobe. Rooftop bar is amazing
