Reception service in the middle of the night was very good. The room needs a good clean though and was below standard. It smelled and the floor and walls are dirty. Breakfast was good and complete for a very reasonable price.

My room number is 2. This room leacking to under the bed. So cold and ask "do you have heating ? Receptionist said no heating all the building. I asked another blanket and using my sleeping bag sleeping 4 hours. I canceled 19th night.

Översätt text med kameran I don't know where to start. The room was under all criticism. Smelled so much smoke even though you weren't allowed to smoke in the room. The handle to the toilet door was broken so you couldn't pull and close it completely. Found lots of dark spots here and there in the room, maybe mold? It was very poorly cleaned overall. BUT they actually get a plus because they got new towels every day and a made bed.

J’ai payé une chambre pour une nuit. J’ai demandé le code d’accès au parking par mail mais aucune réponse. Je me suis rendu sur place et le parking etzit fermé. J’ai essayé d’appeler mais aucune réponse. J’ai passé une belle nuit d’hiver dans ma voiture ! J’espère a minima etre remboursé !

Chambre Givrée ICECUBE

Chambre très froide, j’ai allumé le chauffage qui sert à rien au réveil la chambre n’était pas du tout plus chaude. J’ai très mal dormi, la réponse de la personne de l’accueil au petit déjeuner : « il fallait demander une autre chambre » Pourquoi pas, mais comment deviner que l’on va dormir dans une chambre qui ne va pas se réchauffer ?

Très bien accueilli par les hôtes d'accueil Par contre il faisait très froid dans la chambre. Nous avons reçu des couettes d'appoints. Malgré que nous sommes arrivés en retard pour le petit-déjeuner nous avons été servi. Merci beaucoup pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Propreté sanitaire déplorable

Chambre a prix tres serré certes, mais vraiment limite côté sanitaire, tout est moisi ! Plinthes, paroi de douche, pommeau de douche .... fond de toilettes pas nettoyé depuis un moment, arrivée glaciale en plein hiver, chauffage eteint a l'arrivée, odeur de cigarettes et moisi. Horrible.

Arrivé à 23h un soir d’hiver, la chambre etait glaciale. Elle n’avait pas été chauffée depuis longtemps. Allumer le petit chauffAge électrique n’a rien changé il y faisait toujours très froid le matin. C’est hotel est juste bon pour passer la nuit au prix le moins cher possible mais l’état général, l’odeur, la propreté ne donnent en aucun cas envie de passer plus de quelques heures.
