Absolutely loved the hotel, the staff, managers bartenders were absolutely amazing! Customer service was 10/10

Worse hotel in Atlanta, GA staff was very unprofessional and not helpful at all, the Manager Mr Don act as if he gave no care in the world about our complaints. They served cold breakfast and we didn’t even get complimentary room service we had to go get our own clean washcloths and towels! Never will I book this hotel again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stay — I’ll Definitely Be Back! My stay at Scout Living PCM was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The room was great, the facility was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better. You’re close to just about everything you could possibly need or want to do while visiting Atlanta. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the incredible staff — especially Sheneatha. In the short time I stayed there, she made us feel like we had known her for years. Every time we stopped by the front desk, she made a point to check in with us, make sure we were doing okay, and have a genuine conversation. That type of hospitality really makes a difference when you’re away from home. She also recommended a few places for us to check out while we were in Atlanta, and her recommendations were amazing! I truly appreciated her taking the time to make sure we not only enjoyed our stay at Scout Living, but also enjoyed our time in the city. Because of the hospitality, the amazing accommodations, the convenient location, and especially the way Sheneatha treated us, Scout Living PCM is officially the only place I plan to stay whenever I come back to Atlanta. Thank you to the entire Scout Living team for such a great experience, and a very special thank you to Sheneatha for going above and beyond and making our stay even more memorable.
