Hotel was very clean, as other review starting to get a little wear on it especially in the bathroom. Beds were excellent and quiet. Breakfast was very good and hot. Parking lot is lite very nicely. For the price was an excellent deal

Enjoyed my stay at the Wingate. I only had one day where I spoke to one of the front desk staff members saying hello and they didn’t speak back. Must have been having a bad day. Regardless my stay was enjoyable. I would stay again.

The staff were nice and helpful. The property was dated and dirty. I realize they are working on updating, but keeping it clean should be a priority. The area around felt unsafe. The hotel is tucked back off the road and surrounded by the backside of a strip mall, restaurants, and what appeared to be either an old rundown motel or office building. Homeless people were walking around the parking lot or the nearby fence staring at you as you get out of your car. I go to Chattanooga every year, but this year was horrible. Construction everywhere, noise all night from the interstate construction. Would not stay here again.
