Olivia at the front desk knocked our stay out of the park. There was a problem with the room that we were scheduled to stay in. She found a great alternative and ensured, for our WHOLE stay, that we were happy with everything. The hotel couldn't be in a more perfect location with lots of restaurants and places to go in walking distance.; Valet parking and bike rentals right there are also a great feature. Hot tub, firepit, balcony, morning breakfast were such added plus'.

Hotel was very clean and nice looking. We enjoyed the attached restaurant and patio area. It was nice to be on the riverwalk to be able to walk to more restaurants, stores, and the food truck event on Saturdays. Everyone was very nice, especially the lady that checked us in. We were very happy with our stay.
