Staff was very friendly, room was decently clean. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of outlets. Room was listed as non smoking but smelled strongly of cigarettes. I also noticed a couple of stains on the linens that looked like they didn’t come out in the wash. The breakfast was simple but I was glad to grab a muffin and apple before we hit the road again. Super close to Waffle House and Cracker Barrel as alternative breakfast spots.

Great location within minutes of both Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga. Plenty of eateries nearby as well as a Walmart shopping center and convenience stores with gas pumps. Just off I24. Didn’t eat the free breakfast. Too crowded for such a small space, but there’s a Waffle House and Cracker Barrel on either side of the motel. Would stay here again just for the location and great staff.

Overall a pretty okay experience. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful when our key card stopped working and check in and check out was easy. Other guests were the primary problem. The doors to enter our hallway on both ends kept being left open intentionally by other guests (we would close the door and they would leave their rooms immediately after to open it again). An elderly lady who either had some sort of mental deficiency or dementia (or was maybe on drugs) cussed us out at random and then hacked up mucus into the pool. A staff member offered to let us know when they had left so we could return to the pool, but after seeing her spitting into it we opted to skip out for the rest of our stay.

It was a pretty good stay and we will be back. Couldn't give it a five-star for cleanliness, The rooms were dirty when we got there but we don't really care because we clean it before and after fir ourselves anyways. Everybody's really nice. Well, the one girl we dealt with was very very sweet. We liked her a lot. We just avoided the office until she was there. There are a few undesirable's that hang around the backside. Didn't bother us any. Didn't bother our cars. But there was some shady dealings in some of the back property rooms. No cops or anything no violence or criminal issues that we knew of. Whatever they did they kept to themselves on their side. We stayed there almost a week. On the front side next to the office in the pool. The location is amazing. The view is beautiful. The price for the quality is actually pretty darn good. I mean I'll definitely go back. Didn't swim in the pool We were too busy unfortunately but it looked really nice and inviting. Lots of families running in and out of there everyday so it's popular. We like it and we'll be back. We travel a lot. Quick and inexpensive easy with all amenities we wanted.

Pool was not heated like I was hoping. My daughter was really looking forward to the pool and one of the reasons I pick here to stay. Children screaming running up and down the hall. It was close to the aquarium, Walmart was near by and places to eat. If the pool was working I would have given higher stars. Ps. The beds were super comfortable but the bathroom was tiny. I am 5 “9 and could teach the tub and my other hand would go out of the bathroom.
