Didn't read reviews until after I booked, so was expecting the worst! In fact, property is older but was clean and only problem with room was noisy fridge, and a few water spots on celing. The breakfast was fair but coffee ran out at 0710, when breakfast started at 0700.

Great for the price, friendly staff

Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. (What you'd expect in a contenintial breakfast. The hotel in general just needs some TLC. From peeling wallpaper being stapled back in place, to the elevator that shudders and makes terrifying noises, it has so much potential... it just needs an over all refresh.
