The hotel staff was so pleasant. Everyone greeted you with each interaction! Valet parking made it so convenient as we were in and out of the hotel. The service was amazing and the hotel was beautiful! Will definitely visit again!

There was a small issue with prepaying for valet and then it not showing up upon check-in, but at check-out the next day the staff handled the issue very quickly with a reimbursment. We felt very taken care of. Great stay, clean room, great area with many restaurants that we could walk to and we felt safe. We would stay here again.

This hotel is very nice. The staff is friendly and professional and made sure we were comfortable. The room was also very nice with comfortable beds and fresh linens. The walk-in shower had good water pressure and the Zenology soaps and shampoo are excellent. The only thing I would improve on is the menu at the Wanderer Cafe. The food is good just not a whole lot to chose from.
