The staff were great, the room was clean, but there was an incredible amount of other guests smoking right outside their rooms and leaving cigarette butts in containers of water. The ambience felt suboptimal in that regard haha The water pressure for the sink was very low, but that may be standard for the area, as I've not stayed in Chattanooga before

The room itself was clean and spacious. The check-in staff was very personable. The grounds itself had a lot of trash in the area where the parking lots met the grass. We had some ants. The occupant in next room was loud with arguing and banging. Woke us up late at night. There seemed to be a lot of shady looking people staying there. The hotel itself seemed to be making an effort to upgrade as they had workers there fixing things up.

Definitely a budget hotel. The tub looked gross so decided not to use it. The bathroom was small as well and the room was small too. The bed was comfy at least. The property itself was very old and outdated.

I like cleanness. That is so essential for every guest. First what l look is linens on the bed, bathroom and then rest of the room. Everything was nice. I was able to rest and sleep so good after 10 hours driving. Thank you and we ll be back again.

Upon arrival, the exterior left much to be desired. Grass was long , no external up keep. The room was cool and clean. The pool needs some maintenance but was refreshing none the less. The pictures online were somewhat deceiving. But overall we had a great weekend and the room was sufficient.

The price was right! The bathroom was small but had everything amenity stated. Had an outdoor swimming pool and a breakfast of your choice of 2 cereals, a waffle you make yourself or muffins and yogurt. Coffee, orange or apple juice and some 2% milk for the cereal. It’s what we needed when traveling through from MI to FL.

Front desk employee wasn't very friendly, and at first checked me in for only one of my two rooms. When I asked if they had cribs available he told me they had a pool... I had to explain I was asking about a crib.. where a baby sleeps then he said no they don't have them, which is fine but thought they'd at least know what one is. The room itself was good, clean, and a comfortable place to rest for a few hours before continuing on our road trip.
