Hotel Bo was a nice place to stay right in the heart of downtown Chattanooga. You can easily walk to restaurants and shops and you're right by the bridge to take you across the river. The hotel was clean and had friendly staff.

The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful when needed. My AC was a wee bit on the noisy side but still doable w/o discomfort. The bar and entertainment was great. The pool was very clean and the area around the pool was clean. For an older hotel it was very nice. I much prefer a hotel you can walk right on out to your car to. Also, it was not noisy at all and my room was ground level around the pool. I would definitely stay here again as long as the owner/management and level of cleanliness stays the same.

The hotel is old but kept up as much as possible. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They offer drink and food at a reasonable price. The best part was the location. You could walk everywhere from the hotel.

There were roaches in my room and bathroom + the toilet leaked. The bar area & entertainment was excellent. They couldn’t accommodate us when we arrived & it took almost 2 hrs for the mgr Marquita to set room or locate an accessible room which I had already put in for. Plus at times you couldn’t get a human being to talk or text with. AI isn’t any help

We had a great short stay. It was a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing. We enjoyed the small perks like a muffin on Saturday morning and lemon kiwi water and cookies of Friday. We were very happy with our stay.
