Everything was great. But signs that is an older facility, rust around base boards at floor at pool and bathroom. Hall carpet shows signs of aging. Staff was excellent, room was very clean, breakfast was great, easily located with plenty of parking. Would return.

All I can say positively about this property is the staff was excellent. The first room we were given smelled badly like a wet dog. The second room while it had a better smell, several outlets were not working. The elevator call button fell out of the wall. While the staff did take care of all the issues a fast as possible, it was obvious that they were tired of the seemingly endless issues. I have no intentions of ever staying at this location ever again.

Room was clean when I arrived however they only offer room cleaning every 3 days , staff was fine , no issues. Breakfast was so-so , fruit looked old and very un-appetizing , no milk for cereal for 2 days , pictures didnt reflect actual experience otherwise breakfast was adequate.

Our accessibility room was very nice, large separate living room. Nice size bathroom with grab bars. The room was clean, bed comfortable. A/C was loud but we found a switch on the wall to turn off in separate room. Was not happy that there was some mildew in the shower. Otherwise it was all good. Elevator needed new carpet. So first impression is not good. Breakfast was decent. Location was good. Cracker Barrel right in front of the hotel.

Staff was great. The rooms were very spacious. The only complaints would be mold around the shower bars, airflow fan between bedroom and sitting areas was excessively loud so we did not use it, and the elevator seemed to be in need of some maintenance. It was quiet. Breakfast was pretty good with various choices available each day and the pool was clean and available to use from 6:00 am til 12:00 am. Definitely would stay there again.

This is a great hotel with a lot of space. It’s very clean, has a friendly staff, and has a great breakfast! It’s convenient from the highway and close to many places in Chattanooga. We were only there overnight, but we really enjoyed going into Chattanooga.

Hall carpeting g ripped and torn. Old worn rooms. Bathroom was updated though. First night wwe called down that our room air wasn’t working properly in the sitting room area of suite. Over heard desk clerk say to someone else “I don’t know what they want me to do about it”. We asked that someone look at it. Someone came up and she said well I have to put a work order in. We Asked for a fan or something to help. She brought us up a box fan. The door had a huge gap around it. We use dead bolt at bought so did not Discover until next day the door didn’t even lock!! Key card useless. The young lady at the desk next day was very nice and accommodating and switched our room which worked properly except the bathroom door didn’t fit the frame so could not close all the way. We paid a premium rate for first night in a non functioning room and a horrible unhelpful desk clerk. The other hotel staff however were very nice helpf and accommodating. Even so - I’ll never stay there again and do not recommend this hotel
