This property is amazing! One of the best rooftops i have ever been to! Great view, great bar set-up, pool is bit small, but elegant. Hotel is very clean and rooms are nice!!!

The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.

This hotel is centrally located in a beautiful area of downtown Chattanooga. We spent a few hundred dollars on a room for one night in order to go to a local concert. We couldn’t have had a better location, however we did have to pay to park valet overnight @ hotel for $30 -I believe we should’ve had parking included at hotel we are staying in- I think that have been nice touch. Check-in was effortless. Our check-in host was a little less than friendly, but he did inform us that the pool closed at 10 and the rooftop bar would be open till midnight. The bathrooms were nice and the hotel rooms were very clean. Again, there’s a restaurant, bar and café on site- very $$. The pool is very tiny but has a beautiful gorgeous look over the mountains. The fitness center looked well appointed and was located on the second floor. once we get into our room I noticed no one prepped our trash cans with the bags so we had to open up all the bags for our trash cans other than that it was impeccably clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in! In the morning, we were woken up by a large generator outside of our room just humming That was a little unfortunate and we had a coffee maker in our room, but the coffee was entirely weak. It tasted like coffee, flavored water so you have to go buy some coffee downstairs in order to wake up. I think that they could do a little better w/ some luxury perks: better coffee or comp a drink for the price and $ parking. Beds are peak.

There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The gym is nicer than most. The rooftop bar had AMAZING food (I don't drink but most everyone else was and the service, wine & cocktails were top-notch). Room was small but very comfy and convenient. The smart TV had the most wonderful options; I had meditation, yoga and sleep sounds! All top-of-the-line as well (Master Classes, Peloton, HeadSpace etc)... Course, everything I touched or used was brand new so it was luxurious but I will definitely be back and see how well they stretch their legs and settle in!!

Such a cool hotel which was perfect for our trip to Chattanooga. The staffing was awesome the views from our room were amazing. It was walkable to pretty much everything we needed and we only had to take a couple of short drives.

There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly any parking downtown Chattanooga.

It was very loud, and right across from the bar scene. Our room was beside an alley way, and you could hear people outside the window all throughout the night. I had my son with me who wanted to swim, they do have a rooftop pool, however, it is not your average pool. It's small and it's more for sitting/lounging. It was full of people and ultimately, just wasn't kid friendly. The rooms have no microwave, and the mini fridges are extra...mini (it barely fit a to-go box inside). The staff was friendly, but overall, I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for something family/kid friendly. I also should mention, I had my dog with me and there is nowhere to take your pet to potty that is close/convenient.
