I almost don’t want to give a review of this because it’s so good. I don’t want other people to go there and ruin it. Honestly, it’s such a hidden gem and our family can’t wait to go back. Perfect location for easy walking to everything. We had a very spacious and well appointed two bedroom, very modern condo. These were supposed to be residential and turned to a hotel so you have all the features of a home. The brewery in the lobby had excellent service and food. We will absolutely stay here again.

We almost always stay here when visiting our son at UTC. Love the size of the rooms and the cleanliness. Having a kitchen comes in handy too. I’m not the best sleeper so I love the dark bedrooms as well!

We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The beds were king sized and super comfortable. We got a quiche to go when we left the next morning at the little coffee shop. Also, with 4 people it was nice having two bathrooms with showers. The area is walking distance from shops and good places to eat. Had to pay for parking though.

This property was very unique! I was visiting Chattanooga for my 22nd birthday, and it was the perfect place for me and my partner to stay at while exploring the city. It was very close to all of the popular attractions (aquarium, park, restaurants). There's also a bike rental rack a few steps away. We especially loved the full kitchen and separate bedroom. It was clean and the space was pleasant. The only thing is that the air conditioning is really loud (over 50dB) when it turns on, and it would wake me up in the middle of the night if it turned on. Aside from that, we both thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.
