We had an amazing stay in an absolutely amazing cottage in a fantastic area, we will definitely be back and have already recommend this hideaway to our family & friends

Property is well located and beds are comfy. It was very cold in the property when we arrived as the thermostat had been turned to 10 degrees and there were no matches to light the fire. The whole property felt like it needed a bit of a refresh.....walls marked, some mirrors cracked, doors & handles chipped, kitchen equipment mismatched and well used, some kitchen equipment broken, dining room chair broken and not usable. The shower has a slanted roof so not ideal as you have to duck to prevent hitting your head. We've stayed in a lot nicer properries in northumberland before and for less. The property managers are not very responsive either.
