Lovely room with balcony and view of the beach. We were a little disappointed as room was not cleaned for the first few days and we had to request clean towels and toilet rolls to be brought to room. Management were very good and apologised. Location was perfect.On the whole a wonderful place to stay.

Superb hotel along the sea front

Very nice hotel on the sea front. Our room was comfortable and we had a balcony. They managed to fit us in the restaurant, even though it was late and they were fully booked. We had been travelling all day from England. The food was a little pretentious for our taste, but the wine was excellent.

Super beachside location

The hotel is in a superb position at the centre of Chatelaillon-Plage. Our Superieure room on the 2nd floor faced the sea and was quiet and comfortable. There is a large public car park about 300m away, or parking in adjacent streets. Parking is free outside July and August. Breakfast was good, with a range of bread, baked goods, savouries, etc., although the fresh fruit selection was uninspired. The carpet in our room was quite marked, but otherwise all was in good condition.

Very well located hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Only downside was the air conditioning in our room. We were there during the heatwave and mentioned our room issue with the reception twice with no follow up on their parts.

The room was very tired and dirty. The carpet was filthy and very stained. The toilet seat was yellow and sticky and previous occupants urine stains on the rim of the toilet bowl. My husband had to wipe the toilet rim and seat before we could use it. Disgusting. When we complained to the manager he shook his head and sent the young receptionist to speak to us. We asked to move rooms but they advised that the hotel was fully booked. We therefore checked out the following morning.

Lasst euch kein Zimmer im alten Trakt geben. Das entspricht nicht den Bildern; das Zimmer scheint zwar gerade renoviert worden zu sein, war aber extrem lieblos eingerichtet; es gab zwar zwei Plastikstühle, die konnte man jedoch nur entweder vor das Fenster oder vor die Tür stellen; an den kleinen Tisch im Zimmer kann man nicht sitzen, weil das Bett davor steht. Kahle Wände ohne Bilder; Personal war nicht besonders freundlich; Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, jedoch gibt es keinen koffeinfreien Kaffee; auf Anfrage wurde gesagt, dass man beim Frühstück einen koffeinfreien Kaffee haben kann;

Preférez une chambre vue océan au 1er étage avec balcon. Ce sont les mieux. Le restaurant sur la plage est excellent et à prix très corrects. Il est à préférer au restaurant intérieur, assez cher, et à la déco ''réfectoire amélioré''. Le personnel de celui sur la plage y est aimable, efficace et très serviable. Les petits déjeuners sont nuls et indignes d'un hôtel 3 étoiles, ce qui est dommage car globalement c'est une très belle adresse tout à fait recommandable...
