Single no frills overnight stop.

Overnight stop on the way home. Booked a cheap, basic, no frills accommodation and that is exactly what we got. Tiny room, very thin mattress. The auto’ check in system failed and we had to go away and come back 2 hours later when someone was available to help sort out the issue.

Arrived into this hotel after booking 2 months before and paid my stay no one in reception the code given to me by email didn't work as the hotel system says hotel fully booked, so my room was double sold Me and my family arrived from a long journey to sleep on a petrol station with a room paid for a deserved rest The contact number on the door didn't work, no one wanser and my booking wasn't available Not a good service for sure Not again, still haven't any contact or reimbursement from this group, neither a explanation Not again, 3 people have to sleep on a car after 14 hours driving Shameless

Accueil correct, mais une chambre avec des traces d’humiditĂ© et surtout la pire literie du monde, une planche avec un matelas si fin que vous avez l’impression qu’il n’y a pas de matelas pour 59euros la nuit je trouve cela scandaleux !
