Vacations Close To Chateau Estates Golf Course

I have stayed here many times, and this time was just a little disappointing. Ice machines weren’t working, and the restaurant onsite was unable to see my reservation so I was not able to use the $20/day credit. The room was

Need some updated rooms old but clean

The staff was EXCELLENT! From the front desk, to concierge, to the valet, housekeeping, and bar! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful! We had a group of 12 and were in and out frequently, gathering in the lobby a lot. The staff never complained and sometimes chatted and laughed with us while we were waiting to gather everyone and make our next move. We didn’t have to valet because we flew in and used Uber but the valet staff still greeted us and made sure we were comfortable and attended to while we waited, departed, and arrived. This is our second time at this property. We returned to this property because of the great accessible location and the staff!!! The food and drinks at the bar are also good and we made use of that on a rainy day during our trip!

Is ok

Hotel Royal – French Quarter, New Orleans Rating: 4/5 Hotel Royal is an incredible home base if you want to be right in the heart of the action. Located just steps from Bourbon Street and nestled in the center of the French Quarter, you're within easy walking distance of almost everything you'd want to see, eat, and experience in the area. Having a police station right down the street also gives a nice, reassuring sense of added security in such a lively neighborhood. The true highlight of the stay was the staff—they were beyond amazing and delivered exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. While the guest rooms are a bit outdated and could use a modern refresh, the historic charm and convenience more than compensate. It's clean, cozy, and perfectly comfortable for a few days' getaway. If location, service, and accessibility are top priorities for your New Orleans trip, Hotel Royal is a solid choice.

I gave this hotel a 3 for the lack of a refrigerator in the room, no vending machine for water or soda, no chair to sit on in the room other than a hard office chair, no mirror other than in the bathroom. More than one mirror is needed for two women in the same room. I have not been in a hotel room without a refrigerator for years. It is an assumed amenity. Our room had the security light beaming in all night. The door is covered with shears which are not light blocking. Now for the good things- Location is great. Quiet and safe. Hotel room was spacious, bed and pillows were amazing. Staff was amazing.

The place was beautiful. Lovely neighborhood in the perfect location. Looking forward to our next stay.
