Disappointing!

Room was clean, i was disappointed with the size. Small desk and chair, overall not what i would expect from a 4 star Hotel. Travelled all of the day, long journey, arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the restaurant was closed at weekend, apparently i should have read on the website, I was informed. Asked where any restaurant's were and was told to drive towards Poitier, very helpful! Bar was closed where iwe returned at 10 :30 pm

Séjour d’une nuit en famille pour visiter le Futuroscope juste à côté dans une chambre avec un lit double, deux lits à étage et un lit simple. Très pratique du coup pour nous pour la situation géographique et pour le Check in et le départ très faciles et possibles à une heure tardive. L’hôtel est agréable et propre même si notre chambre était un peu vieillissante. Traces d’usure dans la chambre et dans la salle de bain. Pas de frigidaire qui fonctionnait et une simple petite bouteille d’eau pour 4 personnes présente dans la chambre avec 4 gobelets en carton. Literie par contre confortable et pas de bruit dans l’hôtel lors de notre séjour. Personnel accueillant et très bon petit déjeuner varié et sain.Au final, bon rapport qualité prix mais on pourrait s’attendre à un peu mieux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Le classement de l'hôtellerie française n'est plus ce qu'il était.... Le service est vraiment minimum et le personnel va avec le service.... L'accueil pas du tout accueillant. Bref les lits sont bons et les chambres correct heureusement.
