Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'hôtel Kyriad Jules Verne. Nous avons été très bien reçus, aussi bien à la réception qu'au petit déjeuner. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse, le petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Le futuroscope est à 2 pas, en 10 minutes à pieds, et Poitiers accessible très facilement, en 15 minutes en voiture. Il y a beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région, nous serions bien resté quelques jours de plus : nous reviendrons !

Quand on refuse de te servir un petit dej, quand on te prend de haut, quand on te sort de la file d attente et qu on te laisse poireauter sans solution alors que oui tu as bien pris le petit dej pour trois personnes dans ta réservation et qu une réceptionniste refuse de te croire et de regarder son PC ... Résultat, petit dej gâché pour toute la famille et vous êtes pas prêts de nous revoir !

Personnelle au top! De l accueil au petit déjeuner, vraiment serviable, souriant, avec de l humour et très professionnel. Le seul hic, les matelas sont pas les meilleurs et les oreillers Juste horrible. Hôtel à 10 min à pied du fituroscope parfait!
