A very good stay .if for the night or a week.How many budget hotels put a fridge and a micro in the room.Bed is as good as a premier 5 star hotel.front desk very helpful Also close to a supermarket

Terrible Customer Service Despite a Decent Hotel

The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

cheap, clean and convenient for roads south

just off the motorway so if you heading south its somewhere to sleep and rest its cheap to stay, decent breakfast for under 7 euro . Quiet room so I really cant complain at the price would stay again if heading that way

No frills stay for an evening

room was clean, fridge and microwave in room were unexpected but welcome. no frills but was a no frills price. overall, great value but road noise outside did wake my wife up from about 6am.

Le centre d’accueil sentait hier mauvais !!! Un jeune a l’entrée vous dit que c’est fermé et réclame du tabac !!! La chambre hygiène douteuse, wc hyper sale laissant les traces des personnes précédentes . Le monsieur d’à côté fumé, on respirait tout à l’intérieur de la chambre . Bref à fuir . Je revenais du kyriad eco de Clermont Ferrand qui lui est une perle rare
