Terrible Customer Service Despite a Decent Hotel

The customer service is horrible, even though the hotel itself is decent, clean, and close to nearby amenities. But the customer service is terrible. The person in charge of reception, downstairs at the entrance, a tall, somewhat heavyset Black person, was unbearable. It felt like he was doing the clients a favor by working there, even though he was being paid for it. He responded to customer requests with a sulky attitude and without even a smile. It's shameful and pathetic for someone working in a customer-facing role. You should fire this person. They are not fit to work in tourism.

Hôtel dans un mauvais état, borne pour enregistrement en panne, vitre porte d entrée brisée. Accueil fait par un membre du personnel qui était occupé au téléphone avec un ami, communication en haut parleur pendant qu elle faisait mon enregistrement. Ensuite un groupe d’anglais s’est posé devant notre chambre jusque 1h du matin, impossible de dormir avec les hurlements. Les lits sont inconfortables et j ai retrouvé poils ou cheveux sur les draps. Matelas posé simplement sur une planche. Mal de dos assuré. Il ne faut pas mesurer plus d 1m60 pour prendre une douche. Pas de sèche cheveux. Petit déjeuné pas cher mais ne vaut pas son prix. Très peu de choix.pas cher mais autant payer 10 euros de plus pour aller chez le concurrent en face. Très mauvaise expérience, je ne prendrais plus de chambre dans un kyriad direct.
