Don't do it!

A total mistake on my part making a booking at this hotel. It's inadequate in every way possible, no proper en suite, awful towels, etc. etc. I do not understand how a family could cope in these so called family rooms. Unfortunately I did not realise it is trying to be a theme type experience, rather than being a 'proper" hotel. We arrived at 5 pm and there was no parking available. The reception, corridor flooring etc. is as scruffy as you can get. I hope this helps to dissuade you from booking this hotel.

Globalement, le sĂ©jour Ă©tait correct, le personnel, excellent trĂšs accueillant et souriant, les chambres propres, mais gros bĂ©mol pour les lits doubles qui en fait sont deux matelas simples qui laisse un grand espace au milieu, les matelas ne sont pas confortable, nous avons mal dormi et avons mal au dos. Odeur d’égouts dans la chambre . Matelas inconfortable bas de gamme . Lit superposĂ© bas de gamme ils grincent.. la douche petite et un bac de 60 cm calĂ© dans un emplacement Ă  petit placard . Mon enfants en sortant de la douche s’est blessĂ© car inadaptĂ© pour un hĂŽtel .. pas sĂ»r que ce genre de douche soit passable en sĂ©curitĂ© pour la cliente .
