Had a lovely overnight stay here, it’s basic but very clean and we had all we needed for a good overnight stay. We both slept really well, the bed was big enough and very comfy. Would stay here again under similar circumstances

Excellent Hotel

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable bed and quiet. The Manager was friendly, helpful and came out straightaway to help us into the hotel at 11.30pm. Economical prices too. Very impressed Thoroughly recommended.

Easy and quick access to property. Parking on site is always great. All in all, it was clean and well presented but there was only one towel in the bathroom and no bins in the normal room (only a bathroom one).

Travelling back from a family holiday in the south and booked this to break the journey up and see Chantres. Was met by the manager who was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The reception and dining area was well decorated. We had a family room. Having 2 single beds as well as a double worked as we have 2 older children. The rooms are very basic. No fridge or coffee making facilities although when i asked, the manager produced a kettle for me. The biggest let down for us was the area. It’s located on an industrial estate, the view from my room was the motorway. It was too far to walk into town and we really didn’t want to go back in the car after driving for 6 hours and there is nowhere to go within walking distance. As a family on holiday, i wouldn’t go back although it’s perfectly adequate to rest your head if that’s all you want to do. The continental breakfast was nice.
