Perfect stay. The room was huge, recently renovated, with super comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also big, with spacious shower. You get access to the Bains, with the hotel providing with bathrobe and towels, and an underground tunnel to easily access the pools. The village of Charmey and the valley are beautiful, with a télécabine near the hotel, so the access for hikes and other activities (such as toboggans) was very easy. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and close to nature experience.

Ich empfehle das Hotel Cailler sehr. Gerne auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war wunderbar, die Ausrichtung eher weniger, da das Fenster zum Hintereingang des Hotels führt und mit Emissionen gerechnet werden muss.

Pour un quatre étoiles accueil pas à la hauteur: problème d’explication pour les bornes de recharge électrique. Pas capable de m’aider suite à un problème technique de la borne. Très compliqué de se connecter au Wifi. Problème technique de la télévision dans la chambre avec plus d’une heure d’attente. Vu le prix, organisation pas à la hauteur !

Top 4-Sterne Hotel

Sehr gutes Hotel. Sehr sauber, ruhig, grosse Zimmer sehr schöne Balkone. Auf dem neusten Stand. Grosser TV, Bett sehr bequem, Room Maintenance sehr effizient. Durchgang unterirdisch zum Thermalbad alles sehr sauber, aufpassen mit den Badschuhen, manchmal im Tunnel etwas rutschig, man darf nicht zu schnell laufen. Thermalbadzugang von 9 bis 21 Uhr mit Hotelbadge. Frühstücksbuffet und Service vorzüglich. Nachtessen top , gute Weinkarte, nicht günstig, aber 15 GM-Punkte Restaurant im 2020. Alle sehr auf Zack im Service aber top freundlich. Es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen. Gutes Hotel, würde sofort wieder buchen.
