The room was clean and beautiful. Unfortunately it was very loud — from both Trailside reverberating late and then drunk guests loudly talking in the hall in the middle of the night.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They also were able to store our bicycles in the basement for safekeeping during our stay and were very prompt on bringing them to the reception area when we we’re ready to go for a ride.

Small rooms, in the current style of compact stays. Room was nice, clean and staff were nice. It's right downtown in Charlottetown and it's a lovely, walkable area. Love this place. There's even an indie rep cinema in the basement!
