Very helpful owners. Asking for input to do things better. Enjoyed the 24/7 tea option. Breakfast is rich every day, so wished for more fruit or cereal options. Coffee very good. Bed comfortable enough. Very nice mattress topper and great sheets. Bathrooms updated and very clean. You need to be prepared to hear other guests as you are staying in a house together, but noise was minimal. Expect it will only get better over time as the new owners have a chance to put their touch on things. Liked the location as walkable to downtown and Victoria park. Didn't mind the street noise. Very comfortable and safe for travelling alone.
