Andy and Carrie are excellent hosts. The bed and breakfast was very clean and the hosts were friendly and extremely attentive. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we return to PEI.

We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delightful! I was pleasantly surprised to have dumplings for breakfast! Our bed was comfortable & we really liked the large TV too. Its more of a guesthouse. There's no central common area, but that's fine. It was only about a 7 minute drive to downtown Charlottetown. Id definitely stay again!

Lovely stay, with my family (2 adults, 2 kids). The kids and adults both enjoyed the breakfast, especially the dumplings. Beds were very comfortable. A several minute walk from downtown, but through a lovely and quiet neighborhood, so easily done with a 6 and 10 year old. Parks and harbour also within walking distance. Overall, a great stay!

We stayed for one night during busy tourist season. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. There’s not really a space outside to enjoy, the common areas inside were a bit dirty like the stairs. The breakfast was great. The property needs a bit of upkeep, but definitely a solid stay at a solid price.

Andy’s Blue house was a great spot to stay in Charlottetown. Close enough to walk to all amenities and the harbour front. The rooms, while in need of some upgrades, were very spacious and had everything we needed. It’s an old house, so it is to be expected. Our room was very clean, just the runners on the stairs throughout weren’t, but it is likely hard to maintain due to foot traffic. The breakfast included was a nice touch and was perfect enough for us to start our day. What really stood out for us was the staff. Very friendly and kind and helpful. Andy himself was lovely! Would definitely return.
