The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. 1st time staying at a bed & breakfast and it set the bar high for any other 1 around. Very close to UVA and several places to eat within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Jake is very welcoming and accommodating! Check in was very smooth. The location is very convenient to the corner and other nice restaurants on Main Street! The breakfasts are very delicious at the restaurant connected to the Inn. We will be back!

Great B&B

We had the street level room. We really loved the room. It was easy to check in and out. They make everything so convenient. The breakfast was wonderful and so was the service. We like the location as well. Will go again!

We had a great stay. The innkeeper is lovely and very attentive to your needs. The included breakfast is excellent! And, the dining area is beautiful and cozy. The room was clean and well appointed. Lovely Historic Inn

The Dinsmore is centrally located in the heart of Charlottesville within walking distance to everything. It is a beautifully appointed Inn, the room was very nicely decorated, linens and bed were a dream. Veda is a treasure and took care of all our needs and was also very helpful in reservations and dining suggestions. She keeps the Inn ticking and is a lot of fun.
