The Tru by Hilton in Charlotte by Concord Mills was the perfect choice for our Chicago golfers who all opted to stay there for our Interstate Golf Tournament. The staff was very accommodating, and we met the GM Mr Jordan, who was friendly, professional and very helpful. The rooms were clean and modern, the amenities, daily breakfast and meeting areas were exactly what the pictures showed and more. It was always clean, there was enough water given to the guests because of the super hot weather, and the staff was responsive and willing to go beyond the norm to make our stay restful and pleasant. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone-the location was close to great restaurants, shopping & the golf courses too.
