Found out about a shooting at the property less than a month ago, people linger outside of their rooms, they charged me a 50 deposit and kept it, they said the towels were dirty, I told them I wiped the sink and refrigerator and dressers down; with the said dirty towel they still refused to give my money back

This was the 2nd worse hotel I've ever been to, outside of an airport hotel in miami. For starters, airport transportation was advertised, but it's not available. There's even a shuttle with rodeway on it and the driver says they dont go there anymore. Cost an extra $40 that wasn't accounted for. Front desk staff has no personality. Seems to be immigrants just looking to get by. Toilet in the room wasn't working and it didn't even seem to surprise the staff. No trash bins in room, Water dripping in the shower. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I had a disappointing experience with this property. While the cleaning staff was friendly, the customer service desk employees were not very approachable. There was a lot of trash outside the rooms, and unfamiliar individuals were frequently lingering around the property. The room’s cleanliness was subpar—it looked as though it had been tidied by my nine-year-old grandson. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep under the covers and chose to sleep on top of them both nights of our stay.
