Great location, nice rooms. Parking/valet of vehicle is nice gesture as conventional parking adds relevant cost on top of hotel booking.

From the location to front desk to housekeeping was awesome. Rooms clean and the sofa bed was clean! I think that is often forgotten during the cleaning but not on this stay! Definitely would recommend! If I’m ever in Charlotte again this will be my choice!

We enjoyed our stay here for the most part. Our room was right above the train tracks which ran late into the night and early in the morning, so that was a bit disruptive. Our water was also brown when first turning on the sink, shower, and flushing the toilet, but then that cleared up. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was free, and we loved the location! We were also given an early check-in which was so helpful! We would stay here again.

If you're going to see a concert or a game at the area, then this HAS to be the place to stay. Nothing beats the 1 minute walk to the hotel after the event is over. The room was big, clean, nice and cold, pillows and bed were soft, shower and bathroom was spacious (I had Disney hotel room vibes). The staff were friendly and informative and the breakfast in the morning was so on pointe. You hear and read about a "warm breakfast" but this was legit and with options beyond a do it yourself waffle maker. We're already looking at another concert AND to stay here.
