Overall good experience but there was a few things that would’ve have made this hotel better. Mainly the shower tub wasn’t cleaned and the drain was full of old hair. The AC made a bang/clunk sound throughout the night. Staff was nice and the rest of the room was pretty clean. A little loud since it’s near the highway but other than that it’s not the worst experience.

The Sheraton is always our favorite place to go. It's not directly in uptown Charlotte but close enough that you can still go explore the city. The rooftop bar is top tier, from the bartenders to the views, all around greatness. The rooms are nice and clean. I definitely recommend staying here.

While the stay itself was great the accommodations of the stay were not. The room expectations were hight for the price we paid but unfortunately the room requires major updates as the door requires assistance and walls were buckled due to clear water damage the room appear to be out of if available this 90s show. Overall the staff was great and the room was clean. Will I return probably not. Will I refer maybe but overall. I would give it 3 stars
