We had a nice stay with staff being very friendly and helpful. Room was simple yet clean. We had an issue with the bathroom and I called front desk and they provided a resolution. Issues will happen, it is the way the business responds to those issues that really defines them. Breakfast was warm and there were a handful of options. My only recommendation would be to have common areas vacuumed. It seemed they had not been vacuumed; however, it could also be that the hotel seemed fully booked and staff were attending to other needs of the property. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.
