The staff / room keepers were all extremely sweet & helpful. Gave amenities a 4 b/c indoor poor was very cold and not the most comfortable. The rooftop was also closed for the night. Plan for additional 30$ charge for parking, did not check parking is not free.

Loved my stay. The hotel’s palette give it a cozy and misterious vibe. The rooms were on top. I booked a city view room but wasn’t satisfied since the view was mostly the parking lot at the 6th floor. Anaszah ended up accommodating us to the 17th floor and the view was to die for. Heated pool did not work but the outside pool was a vibeee. The rooftop was okay as they only serve appetizers. Overall I would def stay here again.

The elevators were not wrong but one so it took forever to get up and down, especially with multiple conferences happening. Most staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool was very cold but the setting was nice. Some mold in the bathroom.

The staff were great! Absolutely amazing! The hotel was not what I was expected. I attended a conference and it was the host hotel, so I agreed to stay there…if I had known that it was connected to a Sheraton, I would have stayed there…1) the colors are quite dark, not appealing at all 2) the hotel needs a signature scent, it was not smelling fresh, 3) my room was older than I liked and it was definitely showing its age..bed frame, wall paper, and shower …4) elevators were being upgraded/updated at the time 😬…so they made a lot of noise 😂..so for 2 nights I was fine ..

It was just okay until it was night! The vent had this weird noise that kept me awake at night. I switched the thermo from auto to a cool mode and the noise won’t still stop. It wasn’t so during the day though! The elevator took a while so you got to factor that in your scheduling. However the place was neat! Closer to a lot of spots in Charlotte. The curtains in the room do a great job of blocking the sun! Staff was cool! There was self parking. I mean aside that strange vent noise, it wasn’t bad

The decor and room were very nice. Staff was helpful especially Freida. The hotel is connected to the Sheraton, where my mother had a room. Comparing the rooms, Le Meridien was bigger rooms but the platform soft mattress beds were the worst, I wouldnt even consider them double beds. XL twins maybe . You are practically on the floor. As a matter of fact all the chairs, sofas, throughout both hotels, and toilets in the rooms were close to the floor. Again, staff very helpful, nice decor. Refreshing fresh fruit water daily but just for the beds I couldn't stay here again unless the beds were changed. Also they are working on the elevators. Not the best no circulation in the elevators, loud and squeaking l. I felt bad for the staff because they would have to wait or squeeze in with people to move around to each floor.

Just about everything about the room itself was great. The staff were super helpful with any questions that came up during our stay. However, the elevator situation was a problem. It was not uncommon to only have one or two of the four elevators working. This obviously created some major bottlenecks.
