The service was good. The room was clean. The carpet was clean. You may need to clean the tub and toilet when you come in, but it looks like they clean the carpet really good. The breakfast was wonderful and there’s a shuttle to the airport.

My room was clean. I could tell the building and rooms were old and needed upgrading. The staff were very kind and hospitable. The airport shuttle was suspended my whole stay, so unfortunately I didn't have the privilege of using it while I was there. Overall, I appreciated how quiet and peaceful my stay was. If the rooms and building itself were upgraded I would stay there again.

This was such a great experience, the staff is top notch, Larry in the front desk is the heart of that whole place and I wish i could’ve taken him home with me! Great location right on a very long white sand beach. Apartment had great beach chairs, enough kitchen supplies to cook and eat for some meals, and peeks of the ocean. The pool was clean and big and the building was very safe and secure. Lots of restaurants walking distance and 2 great spots for food and drink right next door directly on the beach. The management company was responsive and great when I had questions. This place is not fancy, but very practical and comfortable. Close to Santurce (2-3 miles) and Old San Juan. I’d book this again.

The staff was very friendly on all shifts. The room was very clean, you could tell they take pride in customer satisfaction. The beds were amazing for comfort. Nice outside grounds for relaxing. The Breakfast was always fully stocked with a great variety. Will definitely stay there again.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall, the property is a little dated but I only stayed for a night so it did what it needed to. My bathroom shower plug was broke. The room was clean which was a plus and it had a microwave which isn’t so common in motels/hotels anymore.
