The noise level was somewhat high, as an example other doors opening and closing outside the unit. The temperature cannot be controlled individually and that was my biggest gripe. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Overall nice place

This was the first time I had stayed at a Kasa and I would do it again. I was on a trip with my son and was looking for a hotel that wasn't just a big box hotel and had some personality but that I could still afford. This place nailed it!

Enjoyed the two night stay. First time at this property. 3rd overall with Kasa. Being on the 2nd floor near the stairs is very noisy and it was hard to sleep one night. Overall location was great, the room was great and stocked. Parking was so easy and not over crowded. Even though you could not control the temp, they had a big fan in the room which i appreciated. Great stay.

Great place to stay! Safe!

Beautiful and clean rooms in a safe neighborhood setting. We stayed in order to be close to CMC hospital for a pretty serious surgery I had to have. We were 6 minutes from the parking deck while staying at this location. I was able to rest more easily prior to surgery knowing I was that close.

My husband and I were in Charlotte to help our daughter move into her new apartment. We've only been to Charlotte a few times and wanted to be as close to her and the Kasa was super close and in a lovely neighborhood. Our space was small but mighty.. Very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay will definitely stay again for our future visits ❤️

Great little place well worth a night or two & with all the amenities. Very clean & tidy in a quiet area & only 20 mins drive from the Airport. Would defo stay here again if in Charlotte. With large luggage as us, would suggest you request a ground floor (1st for Americans) accommodation, as no lifts/elevators & the stairs are t easy. Still give it a 5/5 though

Situated in a prime location. Under 10min away from absolutely anything you may need or want to do. I went to see if Charlotte, NC was somewhere I'd like to live. I'm sold. And my Kasa Edison experience played a large part In that decision. Staff was very helpful and attentive even though there is no on-site staff. Room and grounds were exactly as depicted in the photos. Walls are paper thin so you hear EVERYTHING (footsteps, discussions, opening/closing of doors, etc. And in my case, the neighboring room's karaoke aspirations.) Need a place to stay in Charlotte, this should be in your top 2 list.

We loved the place and the location. Unfortunately we reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights for 2 people each and the building had no hot water. While they updated us that plumbers were working on the problem, it was never fixed and no accommodations were made. We would appreciate a refund. Please contact me. Thank you.
