The location is great, just a short 15 to 20 minute walk to the stadium. The hotel itself is outdated and looks worn down, but it’s not bad. It needs a renovation to make it look more modern and clean. The staff were great, especially the valet people and the host at the front desk. They were very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 6 days and we appreciated the breakfast and how it changed up on the weekend. We had something different each day. I can’t say enough nice things about the staff! They answered every question with many helpful suggestions and were so friendly, polite, and professional. Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The convention center was a block away and we were able to walk to restaurants and museums easily. The one thing to note is that the terrace is a restaurant separate from the hotel and requires a purchase to be in the bar and a reservation to eat at the restaurant. The restaurant also has a semi formal dress code. I would most definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at this Hyatt and we have never felt so well cared for at any hotel. From conversations with staff on our previous visit they were aware that our return visit was for a serious surgical procedure. Upon arrival not only had we been upgraded to a suite, but there was also a lovely note with a fruit basket. To find such a high commitment to service as a property culture is rare.
