The staff greeted us friendly and politely even at 3am after our flight had been delayed twice. I noticed immediately the clean smell in the lobby. It was fresh not trying to disguise anything. The bathroom was clean with new looking towels and the beds were comfortable with crisp fresh scented sheets. Breakfast had warm and cold options for our family. Overall one of the best stays we have had.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Charlotte Southwest! The hotel was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made check-in and my entire stay smooth and stress-free. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless, with a cozy bed that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the convenient location it was close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions, making it easy to get around Charlotte. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place to stay in the Charlotte area!
