The front desk was very helpful and kind. Truly appreciated that we were in a central area so everything was no more than 10-15 minutes away. This was such a great stay! Parking was very easy and the staff were lovely. Check in was smooth and I was very happy with the room I got. It was clean, neat, and had a comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is very convenient in location and a short distance from the Spectrum Center which is what I was there for. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Stayed here for a concert at Spectrum Center. Easy location to get to and so convenient to stay here. The hotel was clean and had very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The cookies here are better than Nashville. The soundproofing here is not as good as Nashville. The toilets are super low, so anyone with mobility issues or leg strength might be challenged.
