My husband and I were in Charlotte this past weekend to support our daughter who was competing in a body building competition. We chose this hotel as it was close to the convention center where the competition was being held. It's a really nice hotel. The rooms are large and well equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. The bathrooms were also nice and clean with fluffy towels. The highlight of my trip was the amazing staff, in particular Ashley, who was at the check in desk when we arrived. She was pleasant and professional and made us feel so welcome! I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Charlotte.

The lobby area always smelled of grilled food and this was not an appetite stimulating aroma. The room was clean. The staff were very attentive and addressed issues quickly. The power shade was broken on check in and was repaired within minutes of notifying the staff. We also had an issue with our door lock. The battery went dead. Again within minutes the issue was resolved. Just do something about that lobby oder. It is not appealing.
