The staff were extremely nice and helpful with recommendations. I even commented to several of the staff members that their hospitality made me want to move to Charlotte. Our room was immaculate and had the best view.

Outstanding staff. nice room and view of the city. My only complaints was that we stayed on the 17th floor and at that time it was only one elevator in operation so it made it for long wait to either going down or up.

I would differently recommend staying at this hotel. I received excellent hospitality from the time I arrived with valet parking to the staff at the hotel. I was able to check in before 3pm with no questions asked! The breakfast was good and I was impressed that they had turkey sausage on the breakfast menu especially since I don’t eat pork.
