I have nothing but great things to say about Great Wolf. Everything and everyone was great! We originally came for one night and ended up staying for three nights. If you decide after you get there that you want to extend your stay and they have availability, it’s only $129 per night. What an amazing deal and the little ones will absolutely think they are in wonderland!

Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was excellent from start to finish. My son had an amazing time at the water park, and it was wonderful seeing how much fun there was for families and kids. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better. The room was very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and cared for. Everything felt organized, comfortable, and family-friendly. I honestly have no complaints about our stay. The only downside was the food pricing within the hotel. While the food was convenient, the prices were much higher than expected. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

Although we experienced an issue with our room cleanliness during our stay, I want to recognize Daijsha who truly made a difference. From the moment they stepped in, they were kind, professional, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making things right. They listened to our concerns, treated us with respect, and worked quickly to help resolve the situation. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into one where we felt heard and valued. Employees like this are the reason guests return. Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay better. Your kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciate everything you did.
