Upon check in on Thursday I had the pleasure of dealing with a gentleman, His kindness and customer service was the reason my family and I stayed. After learning the pool was being repaired (which I wanted to leave than) but he said it would be up by the weekend and it was. Thank you sir for great customer service. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful. The rooms were clean. The biggest problem we ran into was the pool was not open our entire 3 night stay. We booked this property for a spring break trip and were planning to swim a decent amount. This part was very disappointing. Otherwise the hotel was excellent.

All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and kind. They have done a good job maintaining the hotel but it is really showing its age and could use some updates. The seals on all the windows were broken so the windows in the rooms were all fogged over. The tub in my room backed up and would not drain. They were nice enough to change my room since the problem couldn’t be fixed in a timely manner. The water pressure on the showers was too low. There was a couch in my room that had some stains on. The pool was also not available to use. Overall the stay was just fine and I was very comfortable. Hopefully they will get the needed updates to the rooms and it will be even better.
